我当时作为主申请人的时候，我们都file了485. 我老公是有一个485的pending case.

现在我和老公的priority date都current 了。他的PD是2003年的。我的PD是2006年10月的。

 

既然都current了，我只要continue 现在的case（我做主申请人的）是不是一样快呢？

我直觉上这样好像多出一个interfiling会使事情复杂化。不知道对不对。

还有，我如果自己回信的话是不是要律师把RFE的原信封给我寄过来。我需要用USCIS的信封来response呢？

-If you do not do interfiling, just use regular envelop (not matter to you, anyway) and include the copy of the RFE.
