医生说我目前不能回中国，这怎么办呢？请863211或pjiang老师帮助

自从1月5日知道原学校没有按时寄送我的H1延期申请后，虽然尽了最大努力和我的学校以及lg的学校联系，但都没有结果。原学校最终因为我的老板不愿意按照基金要求支付工资而不进行延期了，而我lg的学校因为我的“out of status”状态，坚持不发给2019表，尽管所有律师都说即使申请失败，对学校没有任何伤害，而且在这么短的gap内非常有可能批准。

现在我非常想知道：
1，如果我自己递交除2019表外的所有材料申J2，如果移民局要求补交，说明不能补交理由，又没有可能被批准？

2.学校让我去申B2，如果被移民局deny的话，我是不是无论如何要在30天内离境（尽管那时可能临近预产期）

3.我和lg本打算立即回国签证，已经开始订机票和预约，但我的医生坚决认为我现在的情况不能乘坐这么长途的飞机，并出具证明说我现在不能回中国去签证。这样我就只好等孩子生完再走，一切顺利的话，我可以在I-94过期120天左右回国，但是过期这么久，我还有可能再拿到J2签证吗？

4.当我身体状况可以回中国签证是，如果孩子和lg还在美国，对签证有利还是有害呢？会增加移民倾向吗？

4.还有律师建议我立即去加拿大签证，但我已经没有有效i-94，能不能拿到进入加拿大的加国签证？如果我被check是不是不能返回美国，当然如果被拒，只能从加返中国了是吗？
