1. 因为递交B2申请，移民局会知道我已经非法居留，通常会不会强制离境？

这将对我和即将出世的孩子造成严重后果，非常担心。

2.递交B2被拒，在我申请J2时，会使签证官认为我有强烈移民倾向呢，还是会认为我是想合法在美国居住呢？
-It is irrelevant. Just as PiJiang said, your Dr.'s certification letter that your health can not allow you for the long distance travel is the powerful reason to justify that you overstay in U.S., after b2 extension is denied, if nay. So, you should hav enot any problem to get the visa after you deviler the baby as long as you leave US within 180 days after your B2 paalication is denied.
So, file the B2 application as soon as possible.
