1.如果B2被拒，那个30天离境和现在这个180天离境的要求是不是一样性质的呢？还是那个30天离境的制约更强？如果我30天后不走，是不是和现在不走是一样的stay illegeally? (我现在的i-94已经过期了，是不是和其他人在i-94过期前递交转身分的情况不同呢？)
-When you are out of status, you are suppose to leave U.S, no matter one day or 179 days. But if you do not leave after unlawful presence > 180 days, you can not get your GC using EB category within U.S. Also, if you leave U.S., you will be banned entry into U.S. within 3 years. So, unlawful presence >180 days is very serious.

2.不论是否申请B2，将来签证官都会立即查到我逾期离境的问题？
-It is possible. But in your case, because your health can not allow you to leave U.S., the VO may issue the visa to you as long as you leave U.S. before your unlawful presence > 180 days.

I do not think you need to worry this kind of issue by this time. Just go ahead to do what you are supposed to do, and let God decide the future.
