怎样提供离婚证明 ---- 绿卡申请, please help!

收到移民局通 知 说我提交的 国内 协议离婚书不能证明离婚事实， 要求提供更多材料 ， 主要是因 为 英文 翻 译 不 能 体 现 法院 裁决， 怎么办? 可以 用 国内 公证吗? 或者需要 法院 出具 证明? 只给了15 天 rebuttal, 急急急!!! 请求各位帮助! Thanks in advance.
