I hope they will accept gong1 zheng4 shu1, I don't think a direct translation of fa3 yuan4 tiao2 jie3 shu1 would help at all because the words in Chinese just didn't say anything like " the marriage is dissolved", which is exactly what uscis is looking for. I should have done more research on this before I ted the translated documents. Definitely I will come back and tell the results. Meanwhile, I should warn whoever has similar situation, always gong1 zheng4 shu1 instead of just english translation.
