请问各位大虾，本人曾持J1入美，后出境转签F1，PHD毕业后回国。

回国半年多都没找到合适工作，美国学校导师有意让我再回美给他工作，问我要什么VISA，我该如何回答他呢？　我原是J1的，虽回国，但2年豁免期未满，我可以申请H1visa吗？
