选举制度远比想象的复杂得多

少数人的暴政有好的， 但少，又不好，很多。

香港过去的成功跟英国人施政水平高很有关系，现在很多香港人怀念英国人是有道理的。

到底什么才是好的选举制度，这个说起来太复杂，我推荐有兴趣的去读这本书
