Demeyere Industry5, exclusive to the retailer Sur La Table for a few years before being re-issued as the Zwilling Sensation product line in 2013, which was in turn given slightly different handles and renamed Demeyere 5 plus in late 2015. There is no difference between any of these product lines except that the handles are slightly different (Industry5 has rough, squarish handles; Sensation has rough, rounder handles; and 5 Plus has smooth, rounder handles). All of the handles are basically the same in terms of functionality. They are all comfortable and stay cool.
