Can RIM sue iPone then?

Unless they sell a copied phone, you can not win. You cannot punish people for what they think. iPhone was the leader, off course someone will suggest to copy. As long as they do not sell a pone which is not readilly distinguishable, they are not against the law.

I am not lawyer and not interested in the twisted case. I can say that a lot of phones looks more similar to iPhone than Sumsung.

This has a potential to band all foreign products in US. We neen to think like normal human being not like lawyers. This iis not rocket science
