blackberry has no touchscreen phones before the iphone came out...the design, look and feel are totally different

yes that is what samsung is good at, they are a mass manufacture, not a design/software company. they need to copy to win market share. but copy to what extend? 

copying to what point is against the law? 

the jury of this case decided samsung has went too far, and i totally agree. it is foolish for samsung to copy iphone case by case in so many detail, and let that document slip out.
