take a look at the many documents online, samsung said they copy apple in an internal design document at March 2010...after they have been warned by google in Feb 2010...these are hard evidence.
and there are documents of samsung phone designs along the years...you can clearly tell the similarity with iphone...
we as consumers remember near term events much better than longer term events. I don't even remember what my phone look like in 2010. And recent samsung phones(s3, note) are not in the case. They are suing over phones in 2010, 2011.
We should have a fair view, but how can you have a fair view without looking at the case and documents?
