话说我们的房子，有一道栅栏与邻居隔开。栅栏是我们买来时就在。估计时邻居老头活着时他安的。30年相安无事。
后来老头死了。去年栅栏倒了一块，很难看。老太太要我们修。我说，这栅栏不是我的。你要是觉得不好看就拆了吧。我可以出一半钱。然而她还是不愿。
现在老太太把房子卖了。他们过户时，要我签一个文件，要我承认那栅栏侵占了她1.6ft 长的地，说这是她刚做的survey 测量出来的。
幸好有chatgpt, 它说你最好不要在你没有知识的文件上签字。那个survey不是你的文件。你签了，就等于你承认她的survey。chatgpt 问要不要写一个对我没有潜在伤害，又能对邻居友好的文件，我说你写一个？于是它就写了：

This affidavit is made solely for the purpose of clarifying that we claim no ownership beyond the boundary line reflected in the AAA Survey. -
No other rights, obligations, waivers, or admissions shall be implied, inferred, or created by this affidavit.
This affidavit shall not be used for any purpose unrelated to the issuance of title insurance for the adjoining property. -
Nothing in this affidavit shall alter, amend, waive, or otherwise affect any rights we may have with respect to the boundaries, structures, improvements, or conditions on our property, as reflected in the AAA Survey.
Nothing herein shall impose upon us any obligation to move, remove, modify, or alter any structure or improvement located on our property.
We declare that the statements made herein are true to the best of our knowledge, information, and belief.
但是邻居老太太说这个不满足她的要求，她过不了户。一定要我签那个她准备的文件，告诉我们要公证还要给她一份我们的身份证拷贝。
她和她的律师是不是失心疯了？
