I found that building's offcial web site, it has the layout with the exact sqft for every model. The size marked on the layout for that unit is 495 sqft, but the rental web site says that unit's size  is 600 sqft. 

所有重要数字都是错的，真有点怀疑是不是purposely made these mistakes了 :-( 

特意过来说一下，给大家提个醒。如果需要租房，特别是孩子要租房的话，嘱咐他们一定小心！
