这栋房子今天终于搞定了。汇报一下。

8月份过户。7家庭，有rental control。房租

最贵的那户是section 8，钱老不到户，等啊等啊。今天实在忍不住，堵到政府官员的办公室，嘿，还搞定了，从10/1 付起。

政府的钱，的确丰厚。但愿多申请些。但不是每套都通得过检查。

买价$1050000, 税1.3万，保险9000，暖气8千。
