可能是水电inspection没通过，我去年卖房也是最后时刻了，还过不了户。蓝州的小town，有这么个步骤。

两边的中介还都不愿承担，我于是告诉我的中介，即刻按要求找人做，我付钱。最后也就是两三百块钱的事。

到下午5点我还不知道过户没（是远程卖房），我的过户律师下班了。我的卖房代理也不知道，她打电话找到买方中介，买方中介又找到贷款中介说钱划出了。我才放下心来。
