租客说有老鼠从一楼壁炉进房子，请问有经验的大佬们？

1. 有没有可能老鼠从Chimney进入fireplace? 买房时没有验房到Chimney, 不知道有没有安装Cap？

2. 房子的建筑形式是Townhouse但属于Condo, 如果要在Chimney加装Cap， 需要提前告知物业吗？

3. 如果在fireplace安装一个门，保持关闭，可能可以阻止老鼠进入房子？

4. 还有其他什么方法杜绝老鼠后患？
