米其林星级餐廳的菜色

回安娜Fang的疑问，菜色是看得出是否得过米其林星级？吃过3间以上一般就可以看出。伦敦我喜欢在Dorchester hotel的 Alain Ducasse,Nabu at Park Lane,le Capris, Petrus, Yauatcha； 乡下吃过 Roymond Blanc 的Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons，Hambleton Hall. 其实吃米其林星级餐廳并不是很贵，特别是吃午餐， 很多1，2 星级的餐馆的套餐在30个胖子以内。3星级比较难定到，要排3，4星期的队；巴黎出名的要4到6星期的队。

头盘1：pate of foie gras, sweetbreads nd chicken.

義大利帕梅森乳酪焗烤鑲黑松露-朝鮮薊-鴨肝管麵.

主菜：

海苔酥烤羊里脊佐香草麵疙瘩

Loin of Fallow Venison with roast pineapple & gin & tonic jelly
