The coconut has 3 holes in it. One is very easy to poke out and the other two are hard. To open the coconut you poke the easy one out and drain out the water. Then use a big hammer and put the cocunut on a cement floor and break it open. Use the knife to pry(撬動) the coconut ‘meat’ out. That’s it. It's not a easy job :)
