I haven't cooked for Chinese banquet for a long time, even when I used to own a Chinese restaurant in Boston area. These menus are my collections of 40 years of personal hobby. I not only am a Chinese Chef, but also am an Italian and French Chef. During my college years in Boston area, I worked as an Italian Chef for an Italian rastaurant on the weekends for 4 years.
