Sorry, I haven't cooked for.......

I haven't cooked for Chinese banquet for a long time, even when I used to own a Chinese restaurant in Boston area. These menus are my collections of 40 years of personal hobby. I not only am a Chinese Chef, but also am an Italian and French Chef. During my college years in Boston area, I worked as an Italian Chef for an Italian rastaurant on the weekends for 4 years. Between that Chef job and other accounting job, I earned enough money to pay my college expenses. Life was very tough then, but I made it......

In the future,I will try to cook some of these dishes take some pictures and publish them along with the direction for cooking. All right?! Thanks much.
