Most 罐装鸡汤 are quite salty, so do not add 盐. You may even need to add water.
No need to add 味精.
If you 用小火烧至汁浓, then any soy source will work, 老抽王 makes color way too dark.
Important: Do not make 狮子头或六喜丸子 salty.
