不够实用. I use fresh onion, not 罐装马蹄. Also, beef

taste much better than pork unless you buy pork from oganic stores.
Most 罐装鸡汤 are quite salty, so do not add 盐. You may even need to add water.
No need to add 味精.
If you 用小火烧至汁浓, then any soy source will work, 老抽王 makes color way too dark.

Important: Do not make 狮子头或六喜丸子 salty.
