心心念念地早餐--豆腐脑

北方称豆腐脑，南方叫做豆花。这是所有中国人的乡愁，心心念念。

食材：黄豆1杯，葡糖内酯1茶匙

做法：

 

1）1杯黄豆泡发后加5杯水，用豆浆机做成豆浆。滤去豆渣。稍稍放凉一点

 

2）温水溶化葡糖内酯，加入豆浆中。分装入碗，每碗装半碗即可，去掉泡沫。盖保鲜膜

 

3）烤箱预热3-5分，关火。置于其中，静止20分钟至凝固

 

4）根据自己的口味加调料即可

这样做出来豆腐脑漂亮噢！试试看！！

虾仁豆腐脑

食材：虾仁，胡椒粉，青葱，蒜末，淀粉和辣椒油，生抽

 

做法：虾仁用盐胡椒粉腌一下，撒些淀粉。低温油爆一下蒜末，下虾仁略炒。炒好的虾仁放入豆腐脑中，加辣椒油生抽调味，点缀青葱。
