龙虾

买了一只龙虾，体型较小，做一道意面。。。

龙虾放进冷水锅里，水开后过2分钟捞起泡进冰水了。取出身体和钳里的肉，还没全熟，很嫩。

现成的芝士意面酱烧开，放进龙虾肉和煮软的面条捞均，撒少许鲜罗勒末即可。
