【亮妈厨房】芒果蛋糕

家里有一个芒果一直没吃。就想拿这个芒果做点啥。从网上搜索找到这个方子。看了一下，又看了一下大家的评论，心里就有底了。我一般是把好评和差评一起综合一下。

面粉：King author all purpose 2 杯
Baking soda: 1 1/2 tea spoon 
Baking powder 1 tea spoon
肉桂粉一茶勺 1 tea spoon. 

把上面的干料放一个大盆里面搅匀。把软化的黄油加糖，然后加上油拌匀，然后加一个鸡蛋，再加一个鸡蛋。有Mixer没用，就是用筷子手搅。人工搅拌机：）

黄油，1/2 杯，糖 4 table spoons, 1/3 杯花生油，2 个鸡蛋

一个芒果去皮去核后切片，切块都行。放了1/4杯的蔓越梅干，一小盒葡萄干，一把胡桃仁，用微波炉微了三十秒然后掰碎。还放了一些椰丝碎。这么多的料能不好吃吗。

然后把上面的东西都放进去搅和一下。



用了两个烤盘。里面少些糊糊烤的时间可以短些好熟。




350度，50 分钟。沏上一杯芒果茶，就着蛋糕，早餐。大部分都给亮亮送去了。


下雪了，一杯热茶还是可以暖身的。
