[紫] 素菜系列之三十八 韭菜芯炒豆腐丝

几天前回菜地，看见韭菜都抽芯了，赶快拔芯，炒个豆腐丝，趁着新鲜，好好享受咱的有机产品，这一年也就一次吧，在中国店买的韭菜芯不算。

用料：豆腐丝，花椒面，盐，韭菜芯，油。
做法：豆腐丝和韭菜芯切段，炒锅内加少量蔬菜油，加入国内带的老妈亲自打碎的花椒面（香），然后加，豆丝和韭菜芯，炒4-5下，加盐，再炒10下，出锅，上盘。
 

清爽可口，心满意足。
 

韭菜芯炒鸡蛋，韭菜芯炒腐竹，韭菜芯炒肉丝都好吃。
