又是一年感恩节（2012）－－－－－晚餐＋餐台布置

昨天晚上我们家提前吃了火鸡餐，从早上六点半忙到晚上六点开饭，吃完火鸡餐等大家离去时我也终于松了口气，一年一次的火鸡餐告一段落.

一家人围着餐台坐一起，每个人手拉着手，由婆婆领头祷告后，正式拉开了火鸡宴：））

先列菜单：

火鸡（仍然用的西顿大师的方子，仍然跑去Trader Joe's 买了Cider，在costco买了个15磅的有机火鸡)

Tuscan-Style Spareribs with Balsamic Glaze（分享方子在下面）

Crab Cake（这个也灰常受欢迎，剩的全打包走了）

Cornbread & Apple Dressing（ 烤了两盘with Sausage & without Sausage)

Garli Mashed Potato (搞忘拍照片了）

Cranberry Ginger Jelly (自己做的）

Soup:

Clam Chowder (每个人都喜欢，这个我平时常做）

Dessert:

Apple Compote（自己做的）

Pumpkin Chocolate Mousse Cake (trader joe's  买的，不建议买）

先帖餐台布置，每一年的感恩节或是圣诞节餐台的布置，我都会选择不同的色调,和不同的餐具颜色配套，今年选了带有Cinnamon Spicy 色调的桌布，配搭秋季收获的农作物pumpkin 为主的center piece, 搭配白色的餐具，和同样有秋天气息的琥珀色的酒杯.

这套白色的餐具，是前段时间才买的，Villeroy & Boch 的，这也是德国一家老牌餐具商. 这套现在在bloomingdales的价格是750刀（42 piece，供8人用）,而我以很好的价格买了这套餐具，收到后很喜欢，大大超出了我对网上图片的预期：））

11. Tuscan - Style spareribs,很牙米. 老公不吃猪肉的，听到大家说好吃，昨晚也破戒了，在我跟他们打包带回家时，他在旁边叫我跟他留两块，哈哈：）

夏天时去维也纳，在那里吃到了传说中的维也纳排骨，确实不错，品尝之后，已大概知道了用了些什么佐料，回来在网上搜到了这个tuscan style的，有些接近

12.Crab Cake，也很受欢迎，剩下的全被打包走了：）

Tuscan Style Spareribs with Balsamic Glaze:

原料：所有份量，我都在原方子上加倍了

6磅 pork spaerribs（ Costco买的排骨，两大扇）

4大匙橄榄油

4大匙切碎的迷迭香叶子（rosemary)

4小匙切碎的鼠尾草叶子（sage）

4小匙切碎的百里香叶子（thyme）

2大匙盐

2小匙黑胡椒粉

4小匙甜辣椒粉（paprika）

2小匙粗辣椒粉（crushed red pepper)

2小匙芫荽籽粉（ground coriander）

 

另：

6大匙巴沙米醋（balsamic Vinegar)

 

做法：

1.除了Balsamic ,混合所有调料，抹在排骨上，揉揉，用锡纸包上，放冰箱过夜，（为了更入味，我放了冰箱两天）

2.烤箱预热325F，排骨放在roasting pan ，有肉的那面朝上，烤2个小时，拿出来

3. 打开broiler,在有肉的那面排骨上刷上Balsamic, broil 2分钟，切块，上桌（注意看着点，不要烤糊了，我昨天的都烤过了点：））
