火腿小葱面包，另类鱼翅汤，夹心双椒，藏红花蛋糕，菠萝翻转蛋糕 （多图！）

百变免揉面包之一火腿小葱面包，方法是用免揉面包以长时间（至少16小时） 发酵取得的，改动的是用2个鸡蛋和牛奶代替水。如果你在比较热的地方就要放冰箱完成发酵 过程，以免产生食物安全问题。

鱼翅汤

skate 的鱼翅肉多又嫩，切块用盐和姜丝腌一下便可以烧一锅美美的海鲜汤。

 

鸭腿的不同吃法一烤一熏

釀双椒

肉馅是用猪肉，咸肉，木耳和酸菜

藏红花蛋糕

Half a teaspoon of saffron strands
300ml hot milk
500g unbleached white bread flour
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
150g unsalted butter, diced
50g light muscovado sugar
15g fresh yeast/7g dried yeast
100g mixed fruit

Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Bake your loaf for about an hour. The top will be a golden-brown, and the base of the loaf should sound hollow when tapped. Leave to cool on a wire rack.

 

菠萝翻转蛋糕 Pineapple upside-down cake

50g softened butter

50g light soft brown sugar

100g softened butter

100g golden caster sugar

100g self-raising flour

1 tsp baking powder 

关键： 选8分熟的菠萝 ，先要花糖，用4 勺水，低火， 不能搅拌，                                                                     

 

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs
