《宝煲家常》向妈厨交作业，山寨“算你白揉”

上星期我们吃喝团聚会，其中有一道“蒜泥白肉”使我品尝到了一种久远的回味，成品通透油亮，质地细嫩滑爽，蒜味浓郁，味道鲜美，回味无穷……以前自己也做过，但肉质老木，酱汁清淡，杯具呀，这真是不怕不识货，就怕货比货，经我团妈厨的细心传教，终使我又学到了许多，今特山寨一个，一来向妈厨交作业，二则求各位吃川菜长大的高手指教，先谢啦！

学生我的作业，怎么感觉有点骨瘦如柴呀，呵呵，







五花肉一块，锅水中入姜块、葱段、八角几粒，入五花肉水开十分种关火{我信心不足，煮了15分钟}将肉焖在汤水中至凉改刀切片：



酱油一勺烧开加糖一勺，搅至酱汁浓稠至冷，加入花椒油、辣油，最后吃时再加蒜泥，否则蒜泥吸汁变黑，影响口感与色彩，





最后与黄瓜片摆盘即成，可惜，有点甜了_:'( _:'( _:'( _:'(
