锅里加葱姜蒜炒香,加入糖醋汁(醋3勺 糖2勺 酱油2勺 盐1/4小勺 水1/3杯)烧开
加入生粉水(生粉1小勺+水2大勺化开)
再加入鱼块翻炒,收汁,出锅
