very delicious and simple dish. I use a pancake maker/grill to stir fry it. Mix Shacha sauce, mirin, pepper and olive oil to marinate. Remember to rub the sauce into meat using your hand for a few minutes. Any part of beef steak can be grilled and/ or stir fried using this method with no problem.
