湾区吃喝团五大聚会 - 庆中秋

暑假之后团友们都陆陆续续地归来，五大就在中秋月圆之时在团友大月亮家聚会。

据说天使家的孩子们只吃到切块的边角料，抱歉啊！

 

做法：肉先煮一下，然后整形切块。锅里放葱，姜，八角，桂皮，把肉放葱姜上面。皮朝上。用酒，水或汤汁兑腐乳汁，按自己喜好调味，倒进锅里。然后就325 F 烤到酥，差不多要2到3小时。

糯米糖藕配龙眼莲心，装盘很有意味，中秋应时的一道菜。

咸菜乌贼豆瓣酥 by littlefishhead

有团员询问盘子里的绿色酱料是什么？wasabi? - 哈哈，不能辣得大伙儿眼冒金星哈，是蚕豆煮酥烂后用blender打匀的。

粉蒸牛肉by 做妖也要有点人性。小妖MM太贴心的，包裹得严严实实热腾腾地端上桌

今年私房里名家月饼荟萃，我也在家学习了鲜肉月饼，感觉起酥还不够，不好意思献丑，呵呵。不过小朋友很喜欢，没来得及照烘好的

聚会时也享用了团员准备的各色月饼
