《上海人家》老菜新做--豆皮马兰头，凉拌海蛰……

烈日炎炎，今做了个改良版的香干马兰头，取名为“豆皮马兰头”呵呵，但愿您也喜欢，有砖轻拍(另附几道家常小菜)

豆皮马兰头

凉拌海蛰：

豆皮马兰头;以前上海有道有名小菜，香干马兰头，用的是豆干切小粒，马兰头切末相拌，今“偷懒”用干豆腐反代替香干……呵呵，感觉不错

材料；马兰头半包，豆腐皮一包，香油、盐、鸡精，

马兰头过水冲凉切末沥干、拌入香油、盐、鸡精，豆皮入盐水鸡精略煮沥干，将马兰头卷入豆皮中切段装盆，淋入勾茨汤汁即成，清香润口乃夏日之美食。
