一个很奇怪的印度consulting company，帮我分析一下？？

对于印度consulting company, 我在网上搜索了一些，都没有好的评价，我本人也是极其讨厌印度人。
我现在遇到了另一种情况：虽然也是印度公司的，但是：不用签contract,也没有提前交的押金之类的事情。Stipend given during the training time, free filing for H1B application. salary $50,000.

这是不是太好的情况？！怎么可能？莫非他们是个另类印度公司？？
真的有些糊涂了？！！该怎么办？
