They will give you some trainning and ask you to make a resume as five years experience, then they will find the contract for you. More than 50% interviews of those contract will over the phone only but you have to cheat on it and make them believe that you have five years experience. After almost 10 times interviews. Finally, I just get my first contract in a very big company now.
