If you can prove some of the MAC is not yours, you might have a CASE.

Here is what my router logged (by default.  Since you don't setup a password, I would assume your routher enable LOG by default as well).

28 Oct 1 04:01:12 DHCP NOTICE DHCPS:Recv REQUEST from 00:26:4A:A8:A9:AA
29 Oct 1 04:01:12 DHCP NOTICE DHCPS:Send ACK to 192.168.1.100
30 Oct 1 04:23:42 DHCP NOTICE DHCPS:Recv REQUEST from 00:26:4A:EC:DA:4B

 

Above data sanitized.  but you get the IDEA.

Prove that above MAC does not belong to any computer at home (by showing all of your mac address)
