To sillywoman, how they prove the IP is yours?

Unless you use static IP services, otherwise how they know it's your IP?  Did they get your router's MAC address through your ISP?

 

Also, your router MAY have LOGGING enabled. Just check if that's the case.  Also, suggest not to change any router settings at this time (just thought your have a corrupted data on a hard drive).
