找工作和每个人的运气有关？

engineer,看了我身边的人有的找到了工作，有的没找到。觉得找工作主要还是和本人的运气有较大的关系，有的人运气好，虽然水平不怎么样也能通过熟人介绍较快地找到工作。可能水平好差与找不找得到工作没有很大的关系，只是与进到公司后的表现有关。

因只对engineer方面工作有了解，觉得现在美国进新人的职位靠熟人介绍进去的比较多，而通过monster.com等找到的机会比较少，不知大家觉得是否是这样？现在越来越觉得美国与中国差不多，也是要靠关系才能的找到工作!可能还不如中国，因为中国讲关系也只是政府机关，国家所有的公司之类，好象外资公司还是要看真本事的吧？
