Relationship or connections to the right person is the key for all kinds of successes; unless you are a genius like "Bill Gates" (In fact Bill got funded by IBM, because of his mother's exceptional relationship with one of their executives at the time).

So, love it or hate it, you have to build your network up as soon as you start your life in this country.
