Remember, when you are asking for a job, it's NOT about you. It's not about wether you want to work before or after graduation. It's about wether that company needs someone like you, wether your skills and experience fit the position, wether you are capable and so on so forth.
Put yourself in the recruter's shoes. Thank less about you, more about the countpart.
How can you work long hours when you still need to take classes at night?
Many companies are not willing to offer a full time poistion to a student, although you are eligible to work. They may want someone like you to work as an intern or a part-time employee, But what you said there (looking for a full-time job) has blocked out any potential opportunity that may help get your foot in this firm.
Again, think less about what you want, and think more about what that company wants and what you can offer.
Wrong, wrong and wrong!
