换工作时一般工资涨多少才接受offer?

下星期要去面试，一定会被问起现在赚多少，或者希望在新职位拿多少。书里都建议，尽量不要给出具体数字，但根据以往的经验，似乎一直避免谈数字，有时会被认为我在试图隐瞒，或现在的工资一定是underpaid。想听听大家的经验，各位是如何对付的。还有，作为自己的心理底线，一般比现工资加多少%，比较符合行情？当然，具体情况因人而异，此贴权当抛转引玉吧。
