天水18, I am preparing for board right now. I work in a big hospital as a clinical research assistant for clinical trials and work with patients on a daily basis. But I don't have research experience. The nature of my job dictates that I don't work in the lab. (though I did MS in biology in US and had 3 publications). Is it hard to get matched for people who don't have research experience? Should I go back to labs so my resume would look good if I want to get matched in medical school affiliated hospitals which normally want to look into your research experience?
