如果counter offer更好，而且你的离职原因不是和management team有问题，可以接受的

如果离职原因是和上面有些人不和，那就算了。

不然完全可以接受更好的counter offer。counter offer一般是给值得挽留的人的，我身边同事有好几个接受counter offer的，一般都是换了个类似于新offer的position，没人会无聊去打击报复。
