很好的critical thinking锻炼机会

恭喜mm升职，不容易，很好的机会。具体critical thinking 练习方法：understand the background (including ask them to introduce the background), what are the premises, especially hidden premises, are they valid, can they be relaxed (for example, the market assumes high-income people. Is this premise valid? Are there enough high-income people here? Are they interested in the product? Can our product adapt to medium-income people?) Are there opportunities in the big picture (e.g., high-end and low-end are covered, what about in the middle?) Assume you have identified and validated all the premises, is the logic sound? (for example, there are enough high-income people. Does that mean they will buy expensive product? For example, in the bay area, there are a lot of high income people, but high-fasion is not popular)
