实际上这么大年纪还老教新课已经是很强的signal了，老教新课就没时间做研究，新课这么大年纪也不一定教得好。Chair很油，做的

也没错---至少站在学校的立场看的话。

我觉得这么大年纪了，不肯退休肯定是想做研究。不如跟学校做个deal，自己退或半退（少教课），多花点时间做研究，反正这年纪已经可以拿退休金了。
