posts said is the easy way to get promoted. Getting promoted is not due to, or simply due to that u r qualified; lots of qualified people in any place do not get promoted. You have to let ur leader to choose u to promote. MaySuMr is telling u the trick. U r still thinking that if I am good, am doing great, I am deserved to be promoted. It is ur boss/leader who determines whether u r qualified or not, not u who make the decision. Sometimes ur true capability may not even matter.
