怎么样才能回答的比较好

拿到了新的offer. 准备离开现在的公司。很多人问去哪里，都没有具体说，只是说还没决定。再问的详细就说是个人原因离开。今天经理写信问：是否拿到了offer. 说怎样才能让你留下。我知道她是真心的。但是，我以前提建议的时候，她都没听进去，现在我心意已决。只是不知道怎么回答她比较合适。不想burn the bridge. 毕竟这个圈子很小。

而且，exit interview的时候，怎么回答离职原因比较好呢？
