在西方职场很多大陆留学生一听到老外谈论媒体上对于大陆的负面报道，马上很紧张马上反驳 给人印象好像很sensitive

你这样反应，人家自然会想，既然中国啥都好，干嘛到美国了赖着不走呢，自己明明要better life,何必那么要面子不承认了。我们对这些问题 （很多老外也没有恶意，只是熟悉了问一下关心一下），回答必须客观，中国的很多问题客观存在，但不代表你要代表中国来背锅，不必自己马上紧张觉得人家来恶心你， 应该自信的承认和谈论这些问题，解释背景和解决方法。
