请问如何应对老板制造竞争的情况

如果A是老板，B,C是A的两个雇员，BC同职位同样的活。A老板会对B说，你看C干得比你快，你看C能加班到很晚没怨言， 

如果你是B,你如何应对这样情况，谢谢。
