工作遇到瓶颈

这份工作已经有10几年的经验了，可因为有孩子，每天要提前走人，公司又

请来新人坐班。 新来的很想做事，把工作做得光光的。 弄得我们都没事作了。

他还很上位的想积极拿下我做的事。 我自然不让。 还在摸索与他相处的方式。
